Carol Dweck

Carol Dweck is a Professor of Psychology at Stanford University since 2004. Prior to joining Stanford, Ms. Dweck taught at Columbia University, Harvard University and University of Illinois. She is known for her research and work on ‘mindset’ psychological trait of which the most notable is her Growth v/s Fixed Mindset Theory. Ms. Dweck completed her Bachelors in Psychology from Columbia University in 1967 and is a Ph.D in Psychology from Yale University (1972).
